ISLAMABAD, Nov. 12 (NNI): The visit to Pakistan by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman has been postponed, sources said on Saturday. The Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister was expected to visit Pakistan this month.
It was reported earlier that during the visit, a deal of $4.2 billion bailout package, and numerous Pakistan-Saudi petroleum agreements will be signed.
The Saudi govt will also assist in the establishment of a modern oil refinery in Gwadar at a cost of 10 billion dollars while the Chinese companies will run the refinery’s operations after the completion of the project.
Sources cited the political crisis as one of the main reasons for the postponement of the visit.. NNI
