Impersonator arrested; fake service card recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital territory Shalimar police stations have arrested an impersonator and recovered a fake service card from his possession, a Police Public Relation Officer said.
He said that, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, Islamabad capital police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
During the crackdown, he said that a Shalimar police team arrested an impersonator namely Momin Khan and recovered the fake service card from his possession. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
Safety of lives and property of the citizens is our prime responsibility and no laxity will be tolerated in this regard.
