ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Russia are set to convene the fifth round of Bilateral Political Consultations in Islamabad on June 20 (Today). Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko will lead the Russian delegation, while Foreign Secretary Dr. Asad Majeed Khan will head the Pakistani delegation.
During the consultations, both sides will conduct a comprehensive review of their bilateral relations and explore areas of mutual interest for further cooperation. The discussions will also encompass an exchange of views on significant regional and global developments.
Pakistan and Russia share a longstanding history of amicable relations, characterized by mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Notably, this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
