ISLAMABAD: In a meeting held at the Parliament House on Monday, the Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan, Mr. Neil Hawkins, engaged in discussions with Mr. Mohsin Dawar, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly of Pakistan. The meeting centered around various areas of mutual interest between the two countries.
During the productive exchange, Mr. Neil Hawkins emphasized Australia’s commitment to supporting Pakistan’s development in key sectors, including water security, women’s education, and family planning. This partnership signifies Australia’s dedication to assisting Pakistan in addressing crucial challenges and promoting progress in these areas.
Mr. Mohsin Dawar, in response, expressed his appreciation for Australia’s contributions and shed light on the obstacles faced by the youth, particularly women, in Pakistan, particularly in terms of education and employment opportunities.
