ISLAMABAD: The Command & Staff Conference of Pakistan Navy concluded successfully at Naval Headquarters in Islamabad Wednesday. The conference, which took place under the chairmanship of Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, covered crucial topics related to national security, geostrategic affairs, combat readiness, and service policies.

During the conference, participants meticulously assessed the evolving maritime situation in the region. They also conducted in-depth discussions on various matters, including readiness for disaster relief operations, especially in light of the ongoing monsoon season in the country, which may bring potential flood alerts.

One of the key points emphasized by the Naval Chief was the paramount importance of maintaining perpetual combat readiness to effectively thwart any aggression against Pakistan. He urged all naval commands to be fully prepared to provide humanitarian assistance during the monsoon season.

Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi commended the initiatives taken for capability development, particularly through the acquisition of emerging technologies, which will enhance the Pakistan Navy’s effectiveness and prowess.

Expressing his unwavering confidence in the high state of operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy, the Admiral assured that the maritime frontiers of Pakistan will be safeguarded diligently.

The Command & Staff Conference, being the apex decision-making body of Pakistan Navy, serves as a platform where the Chief of the Naval Staff, Principal Staff Officers, and Field Commanders come together to review and strategize on important policies and plans.

The conference’s outcomes reaffirm the commitment of the Pakistan Navy to protect the nation’s interests and bolster its capabilities in the face of evolving challenges.
