Islamabad: Another important development in the discovery of oil and gas, Mari Petroleum has discovered 20 mmcfd gas. Mari Petroleum has discovered gas through the successful drilling of the second horizontal well. The spokesperson of Mari Petroleum said that the use of modern technology has saved seventeen percent in the cost of horizontal drilling, with the new discovery, gas has started to be included in the system. According to the spokesman, Mari Petroleum has deposited three hundred and sixty six billion rupees in the national treasury in five years, due to the company’s products, imports of eleven billion dollars have been saved.
