Islamabad (Staff Reporter) On the orders of the Federal Interior Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, who is in charge of the Islamabad Capital Police, actions are being taken against the illegally residing foreign nationals in the federal capital. During the current year, 99 cases have been filed against the illegally residing foreigners. 334 foreign residents were registered and arrested. According to the details, on the orders of the Federal Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, special operations are being carried out by the Islamabad Capital Police against the illegal residents of the federal capital. 334 foreign nationals residing illegally were arrested and 99 cases were registered against them, while the challans of 89 cases have been sent to competent courts, 289 arrested foreign nationals were transferred to jail on judicial remand, 16 foreign nationals have obtained bail from the competent courts, 15 are under investigation in different police stations while 15 foreign nationals were discharged in the investigation. Islamabad Capital City Police Officer Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan said that the purpose of these actions is to illegally in the federal capital. To prevent the establishment of foreign nationals living illegally, the establishment of foreign nationals in Pakistan is possible only thanks to the laws of the country. He said that the Islamabad Capital Police is also taking legal action against such people who are not Assisting foreign nationals with accommodation or employment for illegal stay, citizens are requested to respect Pakistani laws, and report any suspicious person or activity on “Call 15”. 16 foreign nationals have obtained bail from the competent courts, 15 are under investigation in different police stations while 15 foreign nationals were discharged in the investigation. Islamabad Capital City Police Officer Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan said that these actions The aim is to prevent the establishment of illegal foreign nationals in the federal capital, the establishment of foreign nationals in Pakistan is possible only thanks to the laws of the country. He said that the Islamabad Capital Police will take legal action against such people. Acts are in place to assist foreign nationals in providing accommodation or employment for illegal stay, citizens are requested to respect Pakistani laws.
