Today I want to tell you about an ancient village in China. The name of which is Xiaogang Village. it’s also known as “the first reformed village in China”
Xiaogang Village belongs to Xiaoxine Town, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province.
Anhui, South-central China, Asia.
Latitude…32″ 50′ 13″ north
Longitude…117° 46’9″ east
You will be amazed to hear about this village.
I visited that village on a university trip and we were 6 members in the group selected for a summer Practice Activity trip to that village. The group consists of a teacher, a Chinese student, two Bangladeshi students, a student from Rawanda, and me
Here I want to say one thing, I am proud of myself that I’m the only Pakistani student on
campus.
During this trip and as well as normally whenever I have met Chinese people when they find out that I am Pakistani, they always meet me with so much love and respect.
In short, Chinese people respect Pakistani people a lot.
The duration of this trip was for two days but we enjoyed the trip a lot.
On this trip, I saw many similar things that I have also seen in Pakistan and also saw many things that were new and unique for me like the Chinese Built train, different kinds
of Chinese food and fruits, etc.
We visited three different places in these two days.
1: Dabaogan Memorial Hall:
The construction area of Dabaogan Memorial Hall is 2,600 square meters. The exhibition hall is divided into five parts: traceability, choice, great change, rise, and care
2: Comrade Shen Hao’s Advanced Deeds Exhibition Hall:-
It was completed and opened to the public on July 1, 2010.Shen Hao was the first secretary of Xiaogang Village Party branch. So, finally collapsed on the job, leaving his life in Xiaogang Village forever. The people of Xiaogang Village built the “Shen Hao Memorial Hall” for him to commemorate his contribution to Xiaogang Village.
We enjoyed these places and I learned a lot about the history of China from these two places.
3: The farmhouse in Xiaogang Village:-
Xiaogang Village is a small village in Xiaoxihe. It’s the birthplace of China’s rural reforms. Xiaogang Village is known as “the first reformed village in China” This form of the house was often a mud house but was built in a very unique style. When we visited this place, I was reminded of my village because our village also has such kinds of mud houses. I like this kind of place.
Apart from that, we went to the rice fields. The scenery of this place was very beautiful
and I was amazed to see the variety of rice farming and designing, how this could be possible there. We enjoyed this place very much.
I have seen many historical places in Pakistan but these places were built with very beautiful and unique designs.
The teacher took great care of us. After that, we went to the hotel. The teacher ordered
different kinds of food for us. We all ate the food very eagerly and it was very tasty.We took a lot of pictures and also get information about chinese history a lot during this trip.
Conclusion!
Happiness Xiaogang, Innovation Xiaogang, Beautiful Xiaogang, and Strength Xiaogang are writing the history of generations of Chinese farmers yearning for happiness.As a beautiful Chinese village,Xiaogang is interpreting the ideals and aspirations of every farmer in China.
