Notably, the administration is diligently focused on not only beautifying the city but also ensuring the well-being of its workforce.
Under the directive of the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority, the Directorate General of Civic Management recently spearheaded a commendable initiative. On Thursday, the distribution of protective gear among sanitary workers, who are pivotal in maintaining cleanliness across the city, took place.
The distributed protective equipment includes specialized face masks and splash face shields meticulously designed to shield workers from potential hazards such as human waste and sewage water. This proactive step underscores the CDA’s commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of its workforce.
