The distributed protective equipment includes specialized face masks and splash face shields meticulously designed to shield workers from potential hazards such as human waste and sewage water. This proactive step underscores the CDA’s commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of its workforce.

Furthermore, lightweight cover-like garments, engineered to mitigate exposure to harmful elements encountered during fieldwork, were also provided. These garments offer comprehensive protection without compromising the comfort or mobility of the workers. Additionally, protective gloves and footwear were issued to ensure the utmost safety of hands and feet, crucial for maintaining a hygienic environment.

Expressing gratitude for these initiatives, the sanitary workers lauded the proactive approach of the CDA administration. Their acknowledgment underscores the significance of prioritizing the welfare of those who diligently contribute to the city’s cleanliness.

In a statement, the management of the Capital Development Authority emphasized the indispensable role of every employee engaged in fieldwork. Recognizing their invaluable contributions, the administration reiterated its unwavering commitment to upholding high standards of sanitation throughout the city.

This initiative reflects the CDA’s proactive stance towards ensuring the well-being of its workforce, ultimately fostering a cleaner and safer environment for all residents of Islamabad.
