ISLAMABAD: The spouse of the President of Iran, Alam-ul-Huda, engaged with students and faculty at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Monday. The visit culminated in the conferment of an Honorary Degree, recognizing her contributions to academia and society. During her visit, Alam-ul-Huda unveiled the English version of her book, “The Art of Feminine Living,” adding a profound dimension to academic discourse with her insights and perspectives. She also emphasized the pivotal role of women in Islam, shedding light on its importance.
In a gesture of goodwill and solidarity, the esteemed guest visited the Pakistan Sweet Home Centre, where she was warmly welcomed by Member National Assembly Ms. Aseefa Bhutto. Commending the center’s efforts in providing a secure and nurturing environment for orphaned children, H.E. Alam-ul-Huda underscored the significance of supporting the younger generation for the nation’s prosperous future.
As a poignant moment of reflection, a special dua was offered for the people of Palestine, particularly the children of Gaza, reaffirming the commitment to global peace and compassion.
The visit of Alam-ul-Huda marks a significant step in fostering bilateral relations and cultural exchange between Iran and Pakistan, while also highlighting the importance of humanitarian initiatives in the region.
