ISLAMABAD: A high-level Saudi commercial delegation, led by Ibrahim Almubarak, the Deputy Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, has arrived here on Sunday.
Comprising 50 members, the Saudi delegation’s primary objective is to strengthen bilateral trade and investment relations between the two brotherly nations.
Upon their arrival at Noor Khan Airbase, the distinguished Saudi guests were warmly received by Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, and Minister for Petroleum, Musadiq Malik.
Over the course of the three-day visit, the delegation aims to explore various business opportunities in Pakistan, fostering closer cooperation between Saudi and Pakistani investors.
The Ministry of Commerce has facilitated B2B meetings, bringing together a significant number of Pakistani companies from diverse sectors to engage with their Saudi counterparts.
Key sectors under discussion include agriculture, mining, human resources, energy, chemicals, and leisure. Additionally, topics such as existing refineries, IT, religious tourism, telecommunication, aviation, construction, and utilities will be on the agenda.
Both Saudi and Pakistani companies are expected to seek mutually beneficial investment opportunities, aimed at job creation and economic development.
During the B2B sessions, Pakistani companies will present their business proposals and investment opportunities to their Saudi counterparts, with hopes of striking lucrative deals.
Anticipation is high for fruitful discussions leading to successful business ventures during the B2B meetings.
