IG Punjab is committed to the best health of the personnel and officers of Ghazi.

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is taking priority measures for the best treatment of Ghazi officers and officials injured in the line of duty. In continuation of which, IG Punjab has released an additional amount of 15 lakh rupees to pay medical expenses to the officials posted in various districts including Lahore. According to the details, IG Punjab has given 05 lakh rupees to ghazi head constable Sultan Ahmad belonging to Muzaffargarh police. Two and a half lakh rupees were given to the injured Constable Muhammad Saleem of Rawalpindi for treatment. One and half lakh rupees were released for the medical expenses of injured constable Muhammad Riaz of Muzaffargarh. Injured constable Muhammad Imran of Pakpattan was given two and a half lakh rupees for medical expenses. Two and a half lakh rupees were released for the treatment of the injured Constable Ismatullah of Sargodha, 01 lakh was given to Ghazi Head Constable Abdul Jabbar of Lahore Police for medical expenses. The above-mentioned officers and officials were injured during various incidents in the line of duty. The Compensation Award Committee chaired by Additional IG Welfare Riaz Nazir Gada approved the release of funds after scrutiny. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the best treatment and early rehabilitation of police officials is the first priority, all possible cooperation will continue.  IG Punjab directed other supervisory officers including RPOs and DPOs to spare no effort for the best health welfare of Ghazi personnel.
