Islamabad : Giving priority to women in educational institutions is the first priority of the government of Pakistan and women are an important part of this society and measures for their education and training is the mission of the Higher Education Commission. Gerald Frank, Regional English Language Officer of the American Embassy, ​​said that Pakistan is the only country in 80 countries whose 27 thousand students have received this scholarship. He said that Allama Iqbal Open University 250 new students have been admitted from three districts of Pakistan (Mianwali, Bhakkar and Attock). He said that under this program, students will not only master the English language, but also develop critical thinking, digital literacy and the world. Dr. Abdulaziz Sahir said that English is a great language of the world which is the language of global communication. Achieved, you will be able to read, speak and write well in this language. During the ceremony, students shared their impressions and thoughts about the English Access Program and classes in the form of beautiful poems. The students also presented cultural sketches, traditional dances and tableaus of Attock, Mianwali and Bhakkar. The chairman of the English Department, Dr. Muhammad Kamal Khan and the program coordinator, Dr. Amjad Khan, while explaining the aims and objectives, said that this program is a A gateway to a brilliant future that equips students with the communication skills, critical thinking and collaboration skills required in a globalized world.
