Gujrat Incident: Private College Guard Electrocuted During Protest, IG Punjab Takes notice

Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has taken notice of the incident in Gujrat, where a private college guard died from electrocution after being pushed by a student during a protest. IG Punjab has sought a detailed report from the RPO Gujranwala regarding the circumstances of the incident. Dr. Usman Anwar has ordered the DPO Gujrat to conduct a thorough investigation into all aspects of the case. He also instructed the immediate arrest of those involved in violence, arson, and vandalism. DPO Gujrat said that the student who pushed the guard is currently in police custody.
