IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ensuring Best Health Welfare of Police Employees’ Children,

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar ensuring Best Health Welfare of Police Employees’ Children,

Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, while continuing his mission for the best health welfare of police employees’ children, has released over 34 lakh rupees for the treatment of children suffering from serious illnesses of employees posted in Lahore and other districts. According to the details, ASI Rizwan Yousaf of Lahore has been granted 19 lakh 60 thousand rupees for the cochlear implant of his 2-year-old son who is hearing impaired. Similarly, Traffic Warden Zahid Mahmood, Head Constable Safdar Iqbal, and Driver Constable Gulzar Ahmad have been granted 2.5 lakh rupees each for the treatment of their children. Constable Muhammad Imran has been granted over 1 lakh 60 thousand rupees for the treatment of his daughter’s hearing impairment. Similarly, Sub Inspector Muhammad Bilal of Pakpattan has been granted 1.5 lakh rupees for the treatment of his 1-year-old son. Constable Rafaqat Ali of Lahore has been granted 1 lakh 43 thousand rupees for the treatment of his son, while Sub Inspector Hassnain Abbas of PHP and Sweeper Muhammad Yaseen of Hafizabad have been granted 75 thousand rupees each for the treatment of their children. Further details reveal that Constables Waheed Noor, Hafeez Akram, Taqreem Akram, and Sanitary Worker Salamat Masih have been granted over 2 lakh rupees for the treatment of their children, while Head Constable Atif Bashir, Constable Abdullah, and Assistant Supervisor Muhammad Imran have been granted over 1 lakh rupees each for the treatment of their children. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, after the scrutiny and approval of the Welfare Management Committee, issued the aforementioned welfare amounts. IG Punjab said that the department is further increasing resources for the education, health, and comprehensive welfare of police employees and their families.
