ISLAMABAD: PTI workers are united under the leadership of Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, who is a choice of founding chairman Imran Khan.
“PTI is Imran Khan and workers love Khan for his struggle for rule of law,” said Imran Khan Abbasi, a PTI activist from Bhara Kau Islamabad.
Bhara Kau is rural area of Capital City Islamabad, where PTI has strong vote bank.
Mr Abbasi, 42, said since Barrister Gohar is trusted men of Imran Khan, therefore activists give him due regard and respect only because he enjoy backing of Imran Khan. “This a transitional phase and soon Khan would be amongst us,” he said and added that despite worst kind of crackdown, workers are committed with Imran Khan and they showed their love in general elections last year.
He said that Imran Khan and all political workers should be released from Jail. Political victimization should be ended in greater interest of the country,” he said and added that without political stability, country could not make progress. “The masses have already hit by the inflation and other issues,” he said and added that despite worst kind of political victimization, people voted for PTI in last year’s elections, which showed that there is no alternate of Imran Khan in political landscape of the country.
