These structures posed risks and violated established norms despite ample opportunity for compliance.

The Directorate General of Building and Housing Control issued a stern warning that further legal action, as per CDA laws, will be initiated against persistent violators. All stakeholders, including developers, builders, and property owners, are strongly advised in the public interest to obtain all necessary approvals, Completion Certificates, and clearances from the CDA before commencing any construction or occupying any building. Ignoring regulatory procedures will result in strict legal consequences.
