Islamabad:Boxer Ali Nawaz, who won the first silver medal in the history of Pakistan Police in the World Police Games 2025, has returned home. Islamabad Police’s proud boxer Ali Nawaz was given a warm welcome on his return home. Ali Nawaz was invited to his office by IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. According to the details, Islamabad Police’s proud boxer Ali Nawaz has reached Pakistan. In the light of the special orders of IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, a large number of police personnel including AIG Logistics Abdul Haq Imrani and senior officers welcomed him warmly at the Islamabad Airport and congratulated him with flowers and bouquets. Constable Ali Nawaz, while showing excellent performance in the World Police and Fire Games 2025 held in the United States, has represented Pakistan Police at the world level in boxing competitions by beating players from other law enforcement agencies. He received the first silver medal. He was brought to the Central Police Office, Islamabad with full official honors. IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi congratulated Constable Ali Nawaz for his excellent performance and bringing glory to Pakistan at the global level and appreciated his professional skills. He praised boxer Ali Nawaz for effectively advancing his professional career by performing his duties and said that as a police officer, it is difficult but appreciable to work hard considering your sport as your passion, including your responsibilities. Today, Ali Nawaz has proven this truth. If you want to do any work with continuous hard work, dedication and quest, then any impossible situation can be made possible. I feel proud as the commander of this force, which has very brave, dutiful and brave sons who bring glory to the country and nation at every level. He further said that Ali Nawaz has won the hearts of all of us by bringing glory to Pakistan and Islamabad Police at the global level. He also awarded Ali Nawaz with a cash prize and an honorary police shield. He said that Ali Nawaz will be provided full support from the department to participate in international competitions in the future.
