ISLAMABAD:Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police’s mobile initiative, Police Station-on-Wheels, has been stationed at Argentina Park on Thursday to facilitate citizens with direct access to police services.A public relations officer told APP that the mobile unit was deployed to provide on-the-spot services such as FIR registration, character certificate issuance, and legal assistance to the public without requiring them to visit a traditional police station.He said the initiative is part of Islamabad Police’s commitment to improve public access and ensure community-friendly policing through digital and mobile solutions.He said citizens are encouraged to visit the mobile unit and benefit from its services during its stay at the location.
