Islamabad:A ceremony to assign ranks to officers recently promoted from assistant director to deputy director was held at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Headquarters in Islamabad on Friday.Director General FIA Riffat Mukhtar Raja attended the event as the chief guest, while additional director generals and directors from various wings of the agency were also in attendance.The rank badges were formally conferred by DG FIA Riffat Mukhtar Raja along with ADG Headquarters Jan Muhammad, ADG Immigration Shakeel Durrani, and ADG Anti-Corruption Wing Muhammad Jaffar.Among those promoted were Jawad Ali, Bilal Tariq, Amir Iqbal, Fahad Khawaja, Jair Nasrani, Nazia Ambreen, Rabia Qureshi, Shahid Habib, and Shiraz Ahmed.Officers Shawaz Ahmed, Sajid Amin, Ajmal Sadiq, Abdul Rauf, Ahmar Naeem Sindhu, Adeel Abbas, Muhammad Ajmal, and Haroon Malik were also elevated to the rank of deputy director.Speaking on the occasion, DG FIA extended his congratulations and best wishes to the newly promoted officers, acknowledging their professional commitment and contributions to the agency’s mission.
