He informed the public that citizens who have filed complaints against officers and employees of provincial departments should come with evidence so that orders can be issued for action on the complaints of citizens on the spot. No action will be taken on applications without evidence. After the initial hearing of applications with evidence, a formal inquiry process will begin.
