Multan:Anti-Corruption Multan has taken a major action in the medicine corruption case and arrested Tahir Hussain, Head Clerk/Cashier posted in the office of Chief Executive Officer Health Multan. Accused Tahir Hussain, in collusion with Munawar Qureshi and Dr. Shahzad, committed serious crimes such as selling fake checks, double numbers and substandard medicines in government medicine. The accused was a declared accused in this case for a long time. This action was taken on the special instructions of Director General Anti-Corruption Punjab Sohail Zafar Chatha, in light of whose orders, Anti-Corruption Multan has further tightened the noose against corrupt elements and arrests are being made against corrupt elements on a daily basis. Under the direct supervision of Director Anti-Corruption Multan Basharat Nabi, Circle Officer Headquarters / Assistant Director Investigation Zaheer Ahmed has successfully carried out an operation and has formally arrested and remanded in custody the main declared accused in the medicine case, Cashier Tahir Hussain. According to anti-corruption officials, further investigation is underway with the accused, while strict action will also be taken against other characters involved in this case as per the law.
