Islamabad ؔ The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), one of Pakistan’s largest exploration and production companies, has officially announced its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program 2026. Applications are currently being accepted online, but the deadline is fast approaching.

Result Status: If you are in your final semester, you can apply only if your final result is announced by June 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female Only.

Age Limit: Maximum 26 years.

Education: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in relevant disciplines.

Minimum Grades: CGPA of 2.50 or 60% marks (1st Division).
3. Eligible Disciplines
The program covers a wide range of fields:

Engineering: Petroleum & Gas, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, System, and Environmental.

Non-Engineering: Management Sciences (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.), Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, Law, Media Studies, Economics, and Chemistry.
