ISLAMABAD: Dengue is still out of control as three more people have died of dengue across country.
As per details, two dengue-affected patients died in Karachi.
The death toll rises to 33 in the city.
The number of victims reached nearly 5000 with 335 new patients. 269 new cases are also reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 104 people reported in federal capital and 78 people in Rawalpindi are suffering from dengue fever.
56 new cases were reported in urban areas while 48 new cases were reported in rural areas.
The total number of dengue cases the city has reached 1923.
According to DHO Islamabad, 292 dengue patients are under treatment in PIMS Hospital, 80 in Polyclinic and 40 in Capital Hospital. So far 6 people have died due to dengue.

“It should be ensured that larvae do not form inside houses and shops. Do not allow clean water to accumulate anywhere in containers or tires or in open areas,” he concluded.
