Rawalpindi: A musical night was organized at the Punjab Arts Council. Naheed Manzoor and Director Arts Council Waqar Ahmed were the chief guests of the musical night. Naheed Muntoor said that artists are considered as messengers of peace around the world. Musical nights are welcome in the atmosphere of depression. There is no shortage of talent among Pakistani artists. In classical music, Pakistani singers have made Pakistan popular all over the world. Director of Arts Council Waqar Ahmed said that Punjab Arts Council always provided a platform to new talent. Students of Arts Council are spreading their name and the name of the institution across the country. Mubashera Hafeez, Mohsin Pasha, Leila Jatti, Hikmat Awan, Samina Khan, Mohammad Hamza performed the magic of their voices in the musical night. The singers made the audience dance by singing beautiful songs. At the end of the event, cash prizes were also distributed among the singers and musicians. – PR
