ISLAMABAD, Oct 28 (NNI): The fear of armed groups’ involvement on Friday rooted in the long march of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The intelligence sources have sent a report to the government regarding the fear of the involvement of armed groups in the PTI. According to the report, terrorist organizations can take advantage of the situation. The report of intelligence sources said that there is news of elements involved in criminal elements joining the long march in the form of protesters.
According to the report, Ali Amin Gandapur, Shehryar Afridi, and Qasim Suri are bringing the gangs. Earlier too, armed men were arrested from the PTI’s march.
The report further stated that the office of the Punjab Chief Minister is being used to facilitate criminal elements. There may be difficulties in keeping the law and order situation under control under the support of the provincial government. NNI
