Lahore: Director General Anti-Corruption Punjab Sohail Zafar Chatha has said that transparency, accountability and integrity are the most needed in public service to deal with corruption, discussing the problems of the disadvantaged sections of the society. Members of the Punjab Assembly said that the issues related to water are alarming and dams must be built immediately. Punjab Irrigation Minister Kazim Pirzada said that Kalabagh Dam is the lifeline of Pakistan, a consensus should be established on it. The better the water is given to the farmers, the more groundwater will be saved. On Friday, the session of the Punjab Assembly began with a delay of one hour and 33 minutes under the chairmanship of Speaker Malik Ahmed Khan. Opposition Leader Malik Ahmed Khan Bhachar said that the problem of water smog is related to the farmers, which is being thrown at us, agriculture is not the first priority of the government.
