ISLAMABAD:Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) will hold open Kutcheries across all its operational circles on Thursday, November 20, to directly hear consumer complaints and suggestions related to power supply issues.According to the IESCO’s spokesman, the open Kutcheries will be organized in the following locations from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, in SE Islamabad Circle at Al Adeed Shadi Hall, New Iqbal Town, Islamabad, SE Rawalpindi City Circle at IESCO Pirwadhai Sub-Division Rawalpindi, SE Rawalpindi Cantt Circle at IESCO Choa Kalsah Sub Division, SE Attock Circle at Shadi Khan Sub Division, SE Jhelum Circle at IESCO Bewal Sub-Division and SE Chakwal Circle at Shabbir Marriage Hall, Main Market, Daultala.The spokesman said IESCO Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Khalid Mahmood, will personally monitor the proceedings to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by consumers.He urged consumers across the IESCO region to actively participate in the open Kachery to register their complaints, share feedback and convey suggestions on electricity-related matters.For further information, consumers may contact the Central Complaint Management Cell (CCMC) at 051-9252933-34.
