ISLAMABAD: In a devastating incident, a house located in Abpara’s Sector G-6/2 experienced a powerful explosion caused by a gas leak. Despite repeated alerts to the Gas Department, no inspection was conducted.
Eyewitnesses on the scene reported a pervasive gas odor in the vicinity, leading to a forceful blast within the residence. Tragically, a six-year-old girl and her mother, who were inside the house, suffered critical injuries. Swift action was taken to transport them to the hospital.
Local law enforcement, including Abpara’s police rescue teams, are currently on-site, investigating the aftermath of the gas leak tragedy. Authorities are working to ensure the safety of the affected area and determine the cause of the incident.
