Islamabad: Another good initiative by IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi for public convenience. During Ramadan, to ensure timely guidance of the citizens of the federal capital and immediate assistance in any emergency situation, special 26 “Police Help Desks” have been established within the limits of all police stations. The aim is to ensure the movement of citizens in the commercial centers of the city and promote commercial activities. According to the details, Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has implemented another good initiative for public convenience in the federal capital. In this regard, during Ramadan, special 26 police help desks have been established within the limits of all police stations to ensure timely guidance of the citizens of the federal capital and immediate assistance in any emergency situation. Expert young officers have been deployed on these help desks, and at the same time, lady police officers have also been specially deployed to remove any kind of problems faced by women. This help desk provides immediate assistance to the citizens. Along with this, indiscriminate action will be taken against professional beggars present in commercial centers, while citizens will not only be able to get immediate information about any matter at these help desks, but they will also be able to get immediate help from Islamabad Police in any emergency or difficulty. IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said that the purpose of establishing these help desks is to provide all kinds of facilities to citizens, along with ensuring the movement of citizens in the commercial centers of the city and promoting commercial activities. He added that in most commercial centers, citizens face harassment, difficulties in movement and other illegal activities, due to which there is a clear decrease in public activities in the city. Considering these factors, Islamabad Police established these special help desks so that citizens feel a sense of security in commercial centers and can continue their activities freely.
