According to details, the case (FIR No. 157/24 under Section 302) was registered at Murree Police Station, involving the brutal murder of Zafran and Rabia Bibi by the accused, Razaqat, over a monetary dispute.
Representing the victims’ family, Raja Nasir Abbasi Advocate presented strong, well-structured, and comprehensive legal arguments before the court.

After thoroughly hearing the case, Additional Sessions Judge Murree, Muhammad Azfar Khan, found the accused guilty and sentenced him to double death penalty along with a fine of Rs. 550,000.

Legal experts and local residents have hailed the verdict as the most significant ruling in Murree’s history, commending both the judge for his merit-based decision and Raja Nasir Abbasi for his outstanding advocacy. The young lawyer has received widespread recognition for effectively persuading the court within a short span of one year.
