MULTAN:General Manager of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Multan Ahmed Jawad Khan Khakwani held an open court at the gas office where a large number of citizens participated.
During the session, the GM listened to the problems and complaints of consumers and immediately issued directives to the concerned officials for prompt action. He emphasized that providing services to Sui Gas customers was the company’s top priority, and any complaint or delay would not be tolerated.
He further said that the quality of the service would be improved further with the cooperation of the public.The session was also attended by Chief Engineer Bin Yameen Shahid, Deputy Chief Sales Officer Usman Kareem Baig, Senior Engineer Muneeb Qureshi, Senior Billing Officer Azam Manzoor, and Senior Engineer Junaid. The officials assured citizens of prompt resolution of issues related to gas billing, connections, and low gas pressure issues.Citizens appreciated General Manager initiative, stating that regular sessions of this kind would further enhance public confidence in the company.
