RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed two Khwarij, including ringleader Dilawar, during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted in the general area of Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan district, following reports of their presence in the area.“During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location. Resultantly, two Khwarij, including Kharji ring leader Dilawar, were sent to hell. Killed Kharji Dilawar was highly wanted by Law enforcement agencies due to his involvement in multiple terrorist activities and Government had fixed head money of Rs 4 Million on him” said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from killed khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as killing of innocent civilians.
“Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored kharji found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country,” the news release said.
