ISLAMABAD:Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk visited the traffic office at Faizabad to review public service facilities and ensure effective supervision of operations.
An ITP official told dateline on Tuesday that the CTO Virk inspected the licensing branch and directly interacted with citizens to hear their concerns and suggestions.Senior officers briefed the CTO on ongoing services, processing timelines and operational matters. Virk directed the staff to make the driving licence issuance process easier, faster and more transparent to facilitate the public.He appreciated the performance of officers and personnel on duty, noting that ITP staff were diligently performing their responsibilities.The CTO also instructed officers to treat citizens with respect and courtesy during duty hours, emphasizing prompt resolution of public issues.The official said the visit aimed to review facilities being provided to citizens, encourage personnel and boost their morale.
