ISLAMABAD:Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has lauded the police and security forces for successfully carrying out an operation in Hangu region that resulted in the killing of seven militants of the Khawarij faction.The minister praised the professional competence and swift action of the police and security personnel involved in the operation. He also paid tribute to the police officer who embraced martyrdom during the encounter, acknowledging the ultimate sacrifice, rendered n the line of duty.“I salute the brave sons of the nation for eliminating seven terrorists belonging to the mischief of the Khawarij,” said Naqvi. He also offered prayers for the early recovery of the injured security official.The operation took place in the district of Hangu, where security forces continue efforts to combat militancy and ensure regional stability.
