LAHORE: Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that if Jamaat-e-Islami came into power it will ensure prosperity of masses. He said that electricity is not available to people but the government is only throwing electricity in form of bills. He said that the government is charging over Rs 50 per unit while including over half dozen taxes. He said that poverty, inflation and suicides have become common in result of social terrorism. He said that the current government has promoted the agenda of International Monetary Fund (IMF) with fast pace.
This was stated by Sirajul Haq while talking to different delegations of Balochistan at Mansoorah after return from long visit to the flood affected areas. On the occasion JI Secretary Information Qaiser Sharif was also present.
Sirajul Haq said that Islam respects real transgender, adding that the status given to them by Islamic teachings has not been given to them anyone else. He said that all three big parties in result of the conspiracy wanted to bring amendment in the transgender law should not invite the wrath of Almighty Allah. He said that the government while seeking forgiveness from Almighty Allah should immediately announce to withdraw the anti-Shariat legislation. He said that all this type of law and inflation is being done to make the IMF happy and we reject them completely.
Sirajul Haq said that the nation is seeing that how volunteers of Jamaat-e-Islami and Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan are busy day and night for the service of the flood affectees. He said that if Almighty Allah will give chance to JI, we will bring the nation towards prosperity, which is facing worries and hardships. He said that the solution of all the individual and collective problems is present in the system of Almighty Allah and JI could only do this work as it has the complete vision and team. He said that due to the incompetence of the federal and provincial governments the worries of the flood affectees were further increased. He said that the government should immediately decrease the prices of petroleum products, gas and electricity and restore subsidy on ghee, flour, pulses and sugar.
