ISLAMABAD (Staff Reporter) Lieutenant General Anwar Ali Haider, Hilal Imtiaz (Military) (Retd) Federal Minister for Defense and Defense Production visited Pakistan Ordnance Factories this morning. Lt. Gen. Ali Aamir Awan, Hilal Imtiaz (Military), Chairman POF Board briefed the Federal Minister on the efficiency and productivity of POF. The Federal Minister of Defense and Defense Production praised the POF for supplying modern weapons and ammunition to meet the defense needs of the armed forces. He appreciated the role of POF in providing modern weapons to the law enforcement agencies. The distinguished guest visited the production units of POF and also inaugurated the production plant developed by POF from its own resources. The Federal Minister appreciated the efforts of POF engineers, scientists and workers.
