QUETTA:Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC)’s technical team repaired the damaged 4-inch diameter main MS gas pipeline to restore gas supply in the area of Balochistan which was affected by recently heavy rain in Bolan.This was stated in a statement issued by the spokesperson of Sui Southern Gas on Friday here. He said that due to heavy rains in Mach July 20, 2025, a 60-meter long section of the 4-inch diameter main MS gas pipeline was severely affected due to its overflow at the central point of the Bolan river. He said that after the damaging gas pipeline was suspended in the area.The Spokesman said that Sui Southern Gas technical teams waited for the water flow to decrease and as soon as the conditions became favorable, our teams successfully completed the repair work. He said that gas supply has finally been restored at SMS Mach on Friday, July 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM with normal pressure.
In this regard, the institution apologizes for the inconvenience caused to the esteemed customers of Mach.
