Aleem Khan’s Park View Housing Society Lahore declared illegal

LAHORE, Oct 14 (NNI): Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) on Friday declared the Park View Housing Society of former minister Abdul Aleem Khan as illegal.
An illegal Park View Society Lahore also came on the RUDA’s radar as the authority has stopped citizens from buying and selling property in it.
The Spokesperson of RUDA disclosed that 8,000 Kanal piece of land is being sold fraudulently in the Park View Society.
The spokesperson said advertising of Park View Society has been declared illegal and action will be taken against fraudsters. The RUDA spokesperson said that no one is allowed to build on the river area and all illegal constructions on the Ravi river will be demolished. The spokesperson said the land mafia is selling 8,000 Kanal pieces of land to the public fraudulently. He said action has also been started against the land mafia who cheated the people. He further stated that Park View Society is not allowed to advertise anymore as RUDA has written a letter to Pakistan Electric Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) in this regard.
The RUDA spokesperson said that people should not buy and sell land in illegal Park View Society. He also said that after the court decision, no land mafia building will be allowed to remain intact. NNI
